Nothing contained in this Agreement nor your use of the Website shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. We collect your personal information when you register for our Dairy Detox or Join Our Team as a Switch4Good Athlete or Educator and/or donate to us through our third-party payment processor on our Site.
