So-called “real” dairy and meat products are highly processed, containing dangerous chemicals and antibiotics that could harm you and your family.
If this alarms you, read on…
“Real” Dairy
“Real” cheese products–like the cheddar on your cheeseburger you can’t live without? They contain the same antibiotics and synthetic bacteriostatic chemicals commonly found in your deodorant, like penicillin, oxytetracycline, and sulforamides, which can cause immediate and long-term health problems for you and your family.
Not to mention powerful antibiotics such as doxycycline and sulfadimethoxine in cow’s milk and dairy products which have been shown to compromise your immune system by creating antibiotic resistance, putting you at higher risk of infections, disease, and even death.
And hey, don’t take our word for it. Here’s the list from the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association of the 5 mandatory drugs that are in your meat and dairy.
Even more concerning, the World Health Organization (WHO) warns that drug-resistant diseases could cause 10 million deaths each year by 2050 and have severe economic impacts comparable to the 2008–2009 global financial crisis.
If you’re not sufficiently disgusted, let’s talk about the pus in cow’s milk and the feces in ground beef…
Yep, there’s a lot of pus in cow’s milk (aka somatic cell count), especially in the U.S. where the legal maximum SCC for Grade A milk is 750,000 cells per milliliter (cells/mL). For reference, cow’s milk with an SCC of more than 400,000 is deemed unfit for human consumption by the European Union.
“Real” Meat
Oh, and those “real” meat products–like the ground beef in your burger– well, they contain the same chemicals found in shampoo, like carrageenan, sodium benzoate, sulfites, and other petroleum-based preservatives.
What’s been found in ground beef, you ask?

Fecal contamination bacteria
A Consumer Reports study found that every pound of ground beef tested was contaminated with fecal matter.

Clostridium Perfringens
A bacteria that causes food poisoning. The Consumer Reports study found that about 20% of the beef tested contained this bacteria.

Staphylococcus Aureus
A toxin-producing bacteria that can’t be cooked out of meat. The Consumer Reports study found that about 10% of the beef tested contained this bacteria.
So the next time someone offers you “real” cheese or meat…
ask them what’s really in it.
