Nov 9, 2018

We’ve got some exciting new dairy-free media this month! Switch4Good released the first season of “Dairy Talks”, an athlete-driven video series chronicling the personal stories of their dairy free transformation. The series is now available on the Switch4Good website (https://switch4good.org/dairy-talks-athlete-video-series/).

Got the stomach grumblies? There’s a good chance you might be lactose intolerant; 65% of the global human population is. You could also have a cow’s milk allergy. Take our upcoming quiz to find out! You’ll also learn about dairy sensitivities, how to spot hidden dairy in food products, and discover plant-based foods that provide healthy sources of calcium, vitamin D, and protein. We’re just about ready to launch, so keep your eye on the Switch4Good website and social media accounts for its release in the next two weeks.

We’re also thrilled to announce the Switch4Good podcast, set to debut in January. Hosted by Switch4Good founder and Olympic silver medalist Dotsie Bausch and actress-health coach Alexandra Paul, this entertaining and engaging podcast aims to inspire listeners to ditch dairy, choose healthy, plant-based foods, and empower them to breakaway from disordered eating. Stay tuned to this newsletter for release dates.
