For all the foodies and avid homecooks out there, this one’s for you! We will be joined by plant-based health coach and chef, Margaret Telfer, and James Beard award-winning cookbook author, Beth Dooley, who will demonstrate several deliciously dairy-free recipes you can make at home. Cycling Out Dairy with Dotsie Bausch

Calling all U of M students! We’re coming to campus to meet up with the Compassion Action for Animals chapter. Our founder, Olympic silver medalist Dotsie Bausch, will share her dairy-free story and be available for questions. There will also be free plant-based pizza from Pizza Luce! Are you an early riser? If not, you’ll definitely want to set the alarm for this one. Our S4G founder, Olympic silver medalist Dotsie Bausch, will join local personal trainer TJ Long to discuss plant-based nutrition. The event will also feature a full bodyweight workout, complete with warm up, plyometrics, high intensity intervals, and an active cool down. Get ready to sweat! Addicted to cheese? Learn how to break it at this fun mixer hosted by plant-based comedian Bruce Leeroy Williams. Olympian Dotsie Bausch, plant-based Cabaret Diva Mistress Ginger, and Dr. Milton Mills will share their stories about how they cut their ties with cheese and dairy.
