Rian is an animal rights activist and Registered Dietitian with a passion for educating the world about the realities of animal agriculture to make the world a kinder place for all. Even as a young child, Rian loved animals, but it wasn’t until she was 27 that she made the connection and acknowledged “who” was on her plate after seeing undercover footage of a dairy farm. She went vegan overnight and opened a farmed animal sanctuary to rescue animals from animal agriculture. Her passion is creating social media content to show the world how loving and intelligent farmed animals are, and to educate others about how to remove animal products from their diet and lifestyle.
