Golden Turmeric Milk

Turmeric root is one of the most potent anti-inflammatory ingredients in the world. Combined with the other Ayurvedic and Indian spices in this recipe, it’s a very calming, restorative, and balancing beverage that can be enjoyed year-round (and not just after yoga classes!) Oh, and don’t worry about the golden milk mustache. It looks good on ya, babe.
