Chocolate Pecan Crunchy Balls
When you’re in a pinch for a quick and satisfying dessert recipe, these babies will deliciously save the day. There’s something really addictive about the salty, sweet taste and gooey, crunchy consistency of these balls. I’ve never been able to stop at just one, and it’s pretty awesome to watch them disappear so quickly at a party. Pecans have high levels of the antioxidant vitamin E that protects fat cells from oxidation, as well as choline, which ensures optimal brain function and boosts your memory. Raw cacao has been shown to increase levels of specific neurotransmitters in your brain that help promote a positive outlook, facilitate rejuvenation, and lift your spirit.
