We are a nonprofit advancing food equity and nutrition security by working at the intersection of public health, education, and policy. We start with dairy because of its outsized impact on human health and the injustice it perpetuates in marginalized communities. We equip individuals, universities, and governments with the tools to make evidence-based, systemic change for good.

Switch4Good proudly operates as a women-led organization—from our board directors to our executive team. We also support other women-led businesses and organizations leading the charge to a more compassionate and sustainable world. We believe certain skills—which are often overlooked in today’s society—are essential for strong leadership. The best leaders are great listeners. They are empathetic, strong communicators who are motivated by challenges and adept at multitasking. They check their egos and focus on teamwork and collaboration with high levels of emotional intelligence. These skills are woven into the fabric of being women and our leadership team. At Switch4Good, we stand up for the truth, fight for justice, and are fueled with perennial optimism to create a world that is better tomorrow than it was today.
