Ingredients
– ⅕ of a container of Plain Tofu OR ½ Cup Nondairy Yogurt (Almond, Cashew Yogurt – there are tons of them!)
– 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
– Favorite berries or cut up fruit
– 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
– ½ cup of raw oats
