Are you worried about soy affecting your hormones? 🧬 🌱 A new research study (PMID 38854281) compared the acute effects of dairy milk and #soy milk consumption on sex hormone concentrations following weight training in men.

The results of this study suggest that there is no difference in circulating serum sex hormones (including testosterone and estrogen) following consumption of soy #milk versus dairy milk after weightlifting.

What does this mean for you? Enjoy soy milk after your next workout to positively impact muscle health and performance!

These results contribute to the large body of research showing soy does not have consequences on hormone health. Soy does NOT need to be feared.
